Subvenciones para la promoción de proyectos de investigación por el Departamento de Salud 2026
La convocatoria de subvenciones para la promoción de proyectos de investigación por el Departamento de Salud tiene como objetivo promover la realización de proyectos de investigación en ciencias de la salud durante tres años a partir de la fecha de concesión de la subvención con la finalidad de contribuir a la mejora de la salud de la población. Los proyectos de investigación podrán desarrollarse en el campo de la investigación clínica, de la salud pública y de los servicios sanitarios y sociosanitarios, así como estar orientados a la mejora de la salud o de los procesos y a las tecnologías de investigación biomédica.
Se han establecido cuatro modalidades:
Modalidad A: para proyectos de investigación en ciencias de la salud liderados por investigadores o investigadoras pertenecientes a centros sanitarios de la red de utilización pública, a las universidades radicadas en Navarra o a otras instituciones públicas o privadas, sin ánimo de lucro, que se encuentren ubicadas en Navarra.
Modalidad B: para proyectos de investigación en ciencias de la salud liderados por investigadores o investigadoras del Departamento de Salud o de los organismos autónomos adscritos al mismo (Servicio Navarro de Salud-Osasunbidea e Instituto de Salud Pública y Laboral de Navarra), y con al menos un 50% del personal del equipo de investigación perteneciente al Departamento de Salud o los organismos autónomos citados.
Modalidad C: para proyectos de investigación en ciencias de la salud liderados por personal de enfermería, trabajo social o fisioterapia y con, al menos, un 50% del personal del equipo investigador perteneciente al Departamento de Salud o de los organismos autónomos adscritos al mismo.
Modalidad D: para proyectos de investigación en ciencias de la salud liderados por personal de los Equipos de Atención Primaria de Navarra, y con una composición de, al menos, un 50% de personal del equipo investigador perteneciente a los Equipos de Atención Primaria del Servicio Navarro de Salud-Osasunbidea.
Los proyectos en ciencias de la salud liderados por investigadores o investigadoras del Departamento de Salud o de los organismos autónomos adscritos al mismo podrán presentarse a las modalidades A y B al mismo tiempo.
Los proyectos que se presenten a las modalidades C o D solo se podrán presentar a una de las dos modalidades.

MSCA Doctoral Networks 2026 (HORIZON-MSCA-2026-DN-01)
The objective of Doctoral Networks is to implement doctoral programmes by partnerships of organisations from different sectors across Europe and beyond to train highly skilled doctoral candidates, stimulate their creativity, enhance their innovation capacities and boost their employability in the long-term.
These doctoral programmes will respond to well-identified needs in various research and innovation areas, expose the researchers to the academic and non-academic sectors, and offer research training, as well as transferable skills and competences relevant for innovation and long-term employability.
Besides standard Doctoral Networks, incentives have been introduced to promote two specific types of doctorates:
Industrial Doctorates. They train PhD candidates who wish develop their skills and step outside academia, in particular in industry and business. Individual participants must be enrolled in a doctoral programme and jointly supervised by the academic and non-academic partners.
Joint Doctorates. They provide a highly integrated type of international, inter-sectoral and interdisciplinary collaboration in doctoral training leading to a joint doctoral degree or multiple doctoral degrees awarded by the participating institutions. PhD candidates must be enrolled in a joint programme and be jointly supervised.

MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2026 (HORIZON-MSCA-2026-PF-01)
The objective of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) postdoctoral fellowships is to enhance the creative and innovative potential of young PhDs who wish to acquire new skills through advanced training and international, intersectoral, and interdisciplinary mobility.
There are two postdoctoral fellowship modalities:
European Postdoctoral Fellowships, open to researchers of any nationality to carry out a personalised project in the European Union (EU) or countries associated to Horizon Europe for up to 24 months.
Global Postdoctoral Fellowships, open to EU and Horizon Europe associated countries nationals or long-term residents wishing to work with organisations in third countries for a period of 12 to 24 months, before returning to Europe for 12 months.
The scheme encourages researchers to gain experience beyond academia by giving them the opportunity to request an additional six months at the end of their fellowship to undertake a placement in a non-academic organisation in Europe.
Indicative budget: EUR 399.05 millions

Horizonte Europea - Programa de trabajo Misiones 2026-2027
La Comisión Europea ha publicado el Programa de Trabajo de las Misiones 2026-2027. El programa incluye convocatorias en diferentes ámbitos prioritarios para la Comisión, entre los que se encuentra Misión Cáncer.
El objetivo de Misión Cáncer es mejorar la vida de más de 3 millones de personas para 2030, mediante la prevención, la cura y, para quienes están afectados por el cáncer, incluyendo a sus familias, vivir más tiempo y con mejor calidad de vida. The overall objective of the EIC Pathfinder for advanced research is to develop the scientific basis to underpin breakthrough technologies. It provides support for the earliest stages of scientific, technological or deep tech research and development. Pathfinder projects aim to build on new, cutting-edge directions in science and technology to disrupt a field and a market or create new opportunities by realising innovative technological solutions through:
EIC Pathfinder Open, open to support projects in any field of science, technology or application without predefined thematic priorities.
