The Marie Sklodowska Curie SE Action (Staff Exchange) aims to strengthen international cross-sector, interdisciplinary and cross-border collaboration in R&D&I through exchanges of research and innovation staff between public and private entities. The aim is to better address global challenges by exchanging knowledge and ideas that bring basic research closer to the market.
Through these actions, the exchanged staff benefit from new knowledge, skills and career development perspectives, while the participating organisations increase their research and innovation capabilities.
