Envejecimiento en el siglo XXI, aportes de la ciencia a nuevos retos
En el marco del proyecto transfronterizo Aptitude proxi*, Navarrabiomed organiza una jornada científica sobre Envejecimiento en el siglo XXI: aportes de la ciencia a nuevos retos”, que se celebrará el 24 de abril de 2026, a las 09.30h en Baluarte, Pamplona-Iruña. Entrada libre previa inscripción.
La jornada reunirá a referentes científicos, clínicos y responsables institucionales para reflexionar sobre los avances más recientes en el ámbito del envejecimiento, la fragilidad y la salud de las personas mayores. Se trata de abordar los desafíos del envejecimiento desde una perspectiva científica, sanitaria y social. A lo largo de la mañana se presentarán ponencias de expertos en fragilidad, longevidad, biología del envejecimiento y salud muscular, así como mesas redondas que abrirán el diálogo sobre los retos actuales y futuros, especialmente en el territorio transfronterizo.

El encuentro se enmarca en el proyecto APTITUDE-PROXI cofinanciado en un 65% por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) en el marco del Programa Interreg V-A España - Francia - Andorra (POCTEFA 2021-2027). Esta iniciativa europea está orientada a reducir desigualdades socio‑sanitarias y a mejorar la prevención y atención a las personas mayores mediante equipos especializados.
La jornada busca fortalecer la cooperación, compartir conocimiento y fomentar nuevas estrategias para promover un envejecimiento saludable.
