The patent office for Europe organizes a webinar about "Business use of patent information" 16 and 17 May 2023
This session provides an overview of the competitive environment faced by the majority of technology-oriented companies today.
The objective of the webinar is to explain why patent information matters and to provide an overview of patent intelligence, its distinction from traditional patent searches, some case studies, and the evaluation of the significance of patents.
Various use scenarios of EPO products (Espacenet, GPI and PATSTAT) will be explored in more detail.
Format: Online. Length: 3 hrs lecturing and 4 hrs workload (self-study hours)
