Navarrabiomed is actively participating in the HealthChain project, an initiative designed to strengthen innovation ecosystems in emerging regions and boost their integration into global value chains. Along with Western Greece, Castilla y León (Spain), Flanders (Belgium), and North-West Romania, Navarra is contributing to the co-creation and piloting of five innovative healthcare solutions.

Navarra, is focused on the OPER ART challenge, aimed at enhancing the precision and effectiveness of cancer treatments. The key partners involved in this project include:

• Healthcare Organization: University Hospital of Navarra
• IT Company: Data Value Management
• Ecosystem Supporter: Navarrabiomed
   

In this collaboration, Data Value Management will co-develop personalized 3D moulds for radiotherapy with the University Hospital of Navarra. These customized immobilization devices and applicators will integrate seamlessly with radiotherapy planning systems, helping to improve the precision of cancer treatments. Navarrabiomed will support the regional ecosystem and facilitate collaboration across various stakeholders to ensure the success of this innovative solution.

This regional challenge contribute to HealthChain’s vision of driving forward healthcare innovation, and look forward to the positive impact this project will have on the community.
